Welcome to Kula Holistics.

Here at Kula Holistic Services, we believe that wellness starts with a sense of safety, belonging, and community. We recognize that everyone is unique, and requires different experiences to heal.

That’s why we have created a space that supports a holistic approach to mental health. With practitioners specializing in trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, sports psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness and other eclectic approaches to counselling and therapy, we are confident in our ability to collaborate to find the approach that works best for you.

At Kula, we operate as a collective. This means we are the home to many wonderful therapists that operate their own practices under the Kula umbrella. We believe in providing opportunities for healers to connect and work within similar values while supporting independence and personal growth. View the practitioners section to learn more about the people of Kula and how they may be able to best support you.

Healing comes in many forms, and when we say holistic - we mean it! If you are a healer in the yyc community that is looking to rent space, please reach out to see if Kula Holistic Services may be a good fit for you.

Kula Holistic Services is located where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet, traditionally known as Moh’kins’tsis and now referred to as the City of Calgary. In an effort to understand the long-standing history and impacts of colonizers, this land acknowledgment was drafted with consideration to traditional practices and oral traditions. In the spirit of reconciliation, respect, and truth, I acknowledge my place on the traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy (including the Nations of Siksika, Pikani, and Kaiana), The Stoney Nakoda Nations (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley), and Tssut’ina Nation, and the Metis Nation of Region 3. I also acknowledge all those who live, work, and play in the Treaty 7 Region situated in Southern Alberta.
